Our restaurant specialises in cuisine known in Japan as "koryouri", meaning traditional authentic home cooking. Our chef, Yoshihito Igarashi, has decided to make a real "washoku" in the heart of Montpellier, using fresh and seasonal products.
The interior of our restaurant is inspired by old Japan. Dark colours, warm materials, lighting and traditional tableware all create a calming atmosphere, inviting you to taste our specialities.

Our cuisine is very healthy, our chef uses only the best market produce: wild fish, organic meat as well as eggs and vegetables...In addition all our sauces are home made and do not contain any additives, frozen or sterilized ingredients.
